Cheating case against travel agency

 The complaint is filed by Vinod Patel of Pural village in Himmatnagar at the Navarangpura police station against the travel agency, Global Holidays and Vision Holiday Private Ltd.

 Patel accused Rohtas Puniya, the owner of the firm, of duping him and 14 others by promising a tour to Bangkok, Malaysia and Singapore.

 According to the complaint, he and the others were asked to pay Rs 44,999 each by the manager of the firm Vinay Nigam. On October 31, Patel and the others togther paid Rs 3.75 lakh to the firm. Later, they were told that visa had not arrived and the trip has been cancelled, the complaint said.
