Chemical hub to come up in Haldia

Despite the Opposition and the Left Front partners concerns over the proposed petrochemical hub in Haldia, a port town around 100 km away from here, West Bengal's ruling Left Front chairman Biman Bose today said that it would come up there.

The project is to be built by the Indian Oil Corporation as well as the Salim Group of Indonesia.
