Chennai to host meet on e-governance in Nov

 The event will be organised by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India, in collaboration with the Government of Tamil Nadu.

 The conference session would focus on enhancing knowledge sharing and collaboration, and IT Act and its implication on e-governance.

 Revenue aspects and models for e-governance initiatives, data mining & warehousing and decision support systems for e-governance and re-engineering processes for information management are some of the topics that would be discussed at length during the three-day conference.

 The event will bring together officers of state and central governments, resource persons and experts on IT, and academic staff.
