Chinese plan for years ahead unlike Indian leaders: Munjal

Stressing on the need for future planning to the development of a nation, industrialist Sunil Kumar Munjal said political leaders in India care only till they are in power.
    
"Chinese leaders draw up plans for 50 to 100 years into future while Indian political leaders only care till the term they were supposed to be in power," said.
    
Munjal, the Chairman of Hero Corporate Service Limited Sunil Munjal said at the 7th Annual Foundation Day lecture of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) here.
    
He also touched upon entrepreneurship, the growing importance of rural management and business ethics among other things.
    
Addressing the gathering at XIMB here, he said, "Never be satisfied" keep moving, develop an ability to dream big, bigger than tomorrow.
    
Stating that India is poised to provide the world's workforce in next the 8-10 years, Manjul pointed out that as much as 50 per cent of the country's population is below 25 years while 25 per cent is below 15 years of age.
