Led by Syamal Gupta, chairman, TATA International, the delegation comprises members representing areas of bilateral interest such as the energy, auto components, financial services, jewellery, food processing and infrastructure.
According to CII, during the three day visit the delegation will meet Imangali Tasmagambetov, Mayor of Astana and B Akchulakov, Vice Minister for energy & Mineral Resources, Kazakhastan.
The Indian delegation would also meet the president and members of "Atamaken" - ( The National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan ) and sign an MOU on behalf of the CII with Atamaken.
Later, the mission members will interact with members of "SAMRUK" Kazakhstan Holding for Management of State Assets. This organisation is affiliated to the Kazak Ministry of Commerce.
