CII meet on corporate finance

The Andhra Pradesh chapter of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is conducting a workshop on 'Financial Re-engineering' on October 29.

The workshop is aimed at addressing the growing needs of corporate managers on how financial instruments can be used effectively to run the businesses more profitably.

The workshop would focus on asset securitisation, management of financial risk using derivatives, corporate strategy and real options, structured finance, and debt restructuring, a CII release said.
