US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton speaks today on Pakistan’s need for humanitarian assistance as donations trail the response to the Haiti earthquake.

Clinton speaks at 4 pm at the United Nations General assembly in New York, a day after an Obama administration official said the United States will pledge more money to the flood-devastated country. Senator John Kerry, a Massachusetts Democrat, said today during a visit to Pakistan that US aid will increase to $150 million.
