Ruling Congress party was leading in 20 of the 25 Lok Sabha seats in Rajasthan while BJP was ahead in four constituencies at 1100 hrs.
An independent was leading in the left one seat.
The 25 constituencies in which Congress has established its lead include Ajmer, from where Sachin Pilot is in fray.
The other major constituencies include Alwar, Jhunjhunu, Tonk-Sawaimadhopur, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Nagaur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Barmer, Bharatpur, Ganganagar (SC), Jaipur rural, Karuali-dholpur, Rajsamand, Sikar and Banswara.
The BJP was leading in Jhalawar-Baran, from where Dushyant Singh, son of former chief minister Vasundhara Raje is contesting, Bikaner, Jalore, and Churu.
Sachin Pilot was leading over BJP's Kiran Maheshwari by 54,268 votes.
Sitting BJP MP Jaswant Singh is trailing behind Chandresh Kumari of Congress by 79,296 votes in Jodhpur.
Another sitting BJP MP Mahaveer Bhagora is also trailing behind his Congress rival Raghuveer Singh Meena by 71,593 votes from Udaipur (ST) LS seat.
Qumar Rabbani, an Independent, is ahead in a triangular contest with the Congress and another Independent Kirorilal Meena by a margin of 342 votes for Dausa LS seat.
