The special court, dealing with the Satyam scam, on Thursday again sought company founder B Ramalinga Raju’s medical report from Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (Nims) as he failed to appear before it.

Raju is currently undergoing treatment for Hepatitis-C at Nims. The special court wanted to examine all the accused against the charges mentioned by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

However, Raju, the prime accused, once again failed to appear before the court citing his treatment at Nims. The court adjourned the case to March 26, and also extended the judicial remand of all the 10 accused till then.

It also posted the petitions filed by the family members of some of the accused seeking defreezing of their accounts to March 26. Meanwhile, on the petition by the Enforcement Directorate seeking permission to allow it to examine four Satyam accused, the judge directed them to file their counters, if any, on the matter by March 26.
