The city-based CSG Systems, a subsidiary of CSG Systems International of the US, today launched KenanFX Framework. It is designed to cater to the needs of convergent global telecommunications including next generation mobile, wireline, broadband and IP service providers.
The KenanFX framework brings its world-class Kenan billing engine and revenue enabling solutions with new ordering and customer management products together. This would address the needs of telecom operators in rendering services to their customers, according to a release here.
