Domestic lenders attending the meeting of international financial institutions and other lenders of the Dabhol Power Co (DPC) in Singapore on Tuesday and Wednesday will press for a united stand among themselves for ensuring a workable solution to the Enron-promoted power project.
On Saturday, a domestic lenders combine met with senior officials in the Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) as also the state government seeking a cessation in further notices and counter-notices being issued so that the DPC imbroglio could be resolved amicably.
