Dow, Nasdaq end flat

The US stocks closed flat on Friday ahead of Fed's meet tomorrow on interest rate hikes. The Dow Jones industrial average was down two points at 11,240. The Nasdaq slipped seven points to 2085.

Among the Indian ADRs - Patni Computers surged 2.7% to $14.99. Infosys, Wipro and Tata Motors gained over 1.5% each to $42.27, $12.80 and $16.58, respectively. Satyam spurted 1.2% to $35.74.
