Dow, Nasdaq perk up; ADRs slip

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 19 points to 12,787. The Nasdaq gained 17 points at 2513.

Indian ADRs on a weak note. MTNL and Tata Motors dropped over 2% each to $6.52 and $19.70, respectively. Satyam slipped 1.6% to $23.55. Infosys, however, advanced over 1% to $60.50.
