Dow, Nasdaq rally; Indian ADRs soar

The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 183 points to 11,051. The Nasdaq surged 41 points to 2062.

The Indian ADRs, too, ended huge gains last night. ICICI Bank zoomed nearly 14% to $25.31. HDFC Bank soared 8% to $52.23. Tata Motors, Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, MTNL and VSNL gained 3-6% each.
