Dow rallies 391pts; ADRs zoom

Wall Street rallied smartly on Tuesday. The Dow Jones industrial average rallied 391 points to 12,654. The Nasdaq surged 84 points to 2,363.

Indian ADRs ended with significant gains. Tata Communications zoomed over 10% to $27.37. ICICI Bank soared nearly 8% to $41.18, and Satyam surged nearly 7% to $24.14. Infosys, Sterlite, Wipro, Patni Computers, HDFC Bank, MTNL and Dr.Reddy's up 4-6% each.
