Easier closure norms in Indore SEZ

 The Madhya Pradesh government has triggered labour reforms, the first of its kind in the country.

 Cleared by the state Cabinet, corporate entities are allowed to hire and fire employees, close units and do away with trade unions.

 But these reforms will be effective only in the Indore special economic zone (SEZ)
