Expats feel at home in serviced apartments

 Cashing in on the boom are the real estate developers as there are at present few serviced apartments which are operational in the city, and they are running full.

 New entrants including multinational real estate developers are now building up huge capacities to satiate this demand.

 Said Howard F Ruby, the chairman of US-based Oakwook Worldwide that is setting up a subsidiary in India for serviced apartments:
