<b>F&amp;O Check:</b> Nifty PCR almost unchanged

Nifty May Futures ended at 4161, a premium of 10 points. The May series added marginal open interest (OI) of around 34,350. Next month (June), OI saw addition of 20,750 on Thursday.

On the index options front, the Nifty May 4100 Call saw nearly 29% concentration of the total open interest in Calls. Total OI in Calls stood at 105.33 lakh, of which, OI at 4100 May Call was 30.39 lakh; OI at 4200 Call was 20.85 lakh, and OI at 4000 Call was 13.12 lakh.

On the other hand, the Nifty May 4000 Put accounted for 26% concentration of the total OI in Puts. The total OI in Puts stood at 125.16 lakh, of which, OI at May 4000 Put was 32.72 lakh. OI for Nifty 4100 Put stood at 22.08 lakh (17.6%) and OI for 3900 Put was 14.58 lakh (11.6%).

The Nifty OI Put-Call ratio was marginally lower at 1.19 from 1.20 yesterday.
