Representatives of around 30 business families from across the country will converge at the Jaypee Palace hotel in Agra on 23 and 24 November to participate in Family Inc 2001, a meeting of business families organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The participants are, however, reluctant to disclose their identity.
The two-day meet will take up issues such as role and training for the next generation, ensuring entreneurship in business families and the development of family and business value and constitution.
The star attraction, however, is the interface with a five-member team from McKinsey, headed by Paul Coombes from the consultancy firm
