FII inflows in cash mkt +ve on Wed

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) continued to be net buyers in the cash counter.

According to data on the Sebi website, FIIs bought stocks worth Rs 1,845 crore yesterday and sold scrips totalling Rs 1,538 crore - a net inflow of Rs 308 crore ($70.50 million).

FIIs had made purchases of Rs 1,308 crore and sold equities worth Rs 987 crore on Tuesday - an inflow of Rs 322 crore ($73.80 million).
