FII's net buys Rs 1,460 cr in F&O on Thursday

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 1,460.05 crore in the futures & option segment on Thursday.

According to data released on the NSE website, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1,279.37 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 19.54 crore. They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 161.99 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 0.84 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 89.90 crore in the cash market on Wednesday. Domestic mutual funds (MFs) were net sellers of shares worth Rs 125.55 crore on the same day.
