FII's net sells Rs 1,020 cr in F&O on Thursday

The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 1,019.87 crore in the futures & option segment on Thursday.

According to data released on the NSE website, FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 909.92 crore while they bought index options worth Rs 8.58 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 125.43 crore while they bought stock options worth Rs 6.91 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 375.30 crore in the spot market on Wednesday. Domestic mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of shares worth Rs 132.28 crore on the same day.
