FIIs' net buys Rs 1,197 cr in F&O on Thursday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 1,196.74 crore in the futures & option segment on Thursday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 948.39 crore and bought index options worth Rs 49.69 crore. They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 198.66 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 84.10 crore in the cash market on Wednesday. Mutual funds net sellers of shares worth Rs 379.56 crore on the same day.
