FIIs' net buys Rs 2,443cr in F&O on Wednesday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 2,443.40 crore in the futures & option segment on Wednesday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1,418.21 crore and bought index options worth Rs 202.08 crore. They were net buyers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 820.17 crore and bought stock options worth Rs 2.94 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 2,196 crore in the cash market on Monday. Mutual funds were net sellers of shares worth Rs 207.80 crore on the same day.
