The foreign institutional investors (FIIs) were net buyers to the tune of Rs 682.52 crore in the futures & option segment on Wednesday. According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 716.66 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 39.57 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 75.09 crore while they bought stock options worth Rs 1.38 crore. As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net sellers of stocks worth Rs 120.60 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds (MFs) were net buyers of shares worth Rs 112.47 crore on the same day. |
