FIIs' net sell Rs 253 cr in F&O on Wednesday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 253.09 crore in the futures & option segment on Wednesday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 348.59 crore while sold index options worth Rs 204.95 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 394.51 crore and sold stock options worth Rs 2.21 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 501.50 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds were net buyers of shares worth Rs 781.10 crore on the same day.
