FIIs' net sell Rs 3,059cr in F&O on Thursday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 3,058.89 crore in the futures & option segment on Thursday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 2,377.03 crore while bought index options worth Rs 298.35 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 971.85 crore and sold stock options worth Rs 8.37 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net sellers of stocks worth Rs 127.50 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds were net buyers of shares worth Rs 151.50 crore on the same day.
