FIIs' net sell Rs 398 cr in F&O on Wednesday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 397.83 crore in the futures & option segment on Wednesday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 291.05 crore and bought index options worth Rs 38.40 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 729.95 crore while bought stock options worth Rs 2.67 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net sellers of stocks worth Rs 335.30 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds were net sellers of shares worth Rs 268.87 crore on the same day.
