FIIs' net sell Rs 417 cr in F&O on Friday

The Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers to the tune of Rs 416.86 crore in the futures & option segment on Friday.

According to data released by the NSE, FIIs were net sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 523.97 crore while bought index options worth Rs 235 crore. They were net sellers of stock futures to the tune of Rs 104.81 crore and sold stock options worth Rs 23.08 crore.

As per data available on the Sebi website - FIIs were net buyers of stocks worth Rs 1,523.80 crore in the cash market on Tuesday. Mutual funds were net sellers of shares worth Rs 39.50 crore on the same day.
