Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Shanta Kumar has backed Arvind Kejriwal on the accusations he has made against Robert Vadra and has asked for an inquiry into a property owned by Priyanka Gandhi in Himachal Pradesh.

"Outsiders are not allowed to own property in the state. But I am aware that she has a property which is quite big," Shanta Kumar said in a letter to Kejriwal who in turn replied that it was a BJP ruled state and Kumar could himself find out about the details of the property in that state from his party.

The anti corruption activist who plunged into politics and aims to contest the coming Assembly election in Delhi in October next year, today also clashed with the BJP in Delhi over the increased power tarriffs. Using a stage erected by the BJP at a public hearing organised by the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Corporation, Kejriwal accused the BJP of colluding with the ruling party in keeping quiet about the DERC recommendations to bring down power tarriffs.

Kejriwal is expected to give a detailed reply to Roberty Vadra and also come up with more information on the aquisitions made by the businessman son-in- law of Congress president Sonia Gandhi tomorrow.
