The 31st India International Garment Fair (IIGF) will be held in the Capital from January 17 to 19.
Over 126 participants are expected to take part in the fair, which will be spread over 2,500 sq metres. Two hundred and eleven buyers from 49 countries have registered.
The IIGF is targeting $12.8 million business, which is almost 90 per cent more than the $6.5 million transacted in the previous autumn-winter fair held in January 2002.
Pritam Goel, chairman, IIGF told Business Standard that this time round the organisers had also targetted buying houses in India.
