Germany and India today discussed enhanced cooperation in combating global terrorism and regional security issues.

</p><p class='TableClas'>Budde's visit comes in the backdrop of India and Germany signing a defence cooperation agreement in 2006 under which two countries established high powered committees to look into ways and means to intensify military-to-military relations and develop cooperation in defence industry.</P></p><p class='TableClas'></p></table>
