Govt okays award of NELP-VI oil, gas blocks

The Government today approved award of 52 oil and gas blocks under NELP-VI.

"The award of NELP-VI oil and gas blocks has been approved by the Cabinet," Petroleum Minister Murli Deora said.

Of the 55 blocks offered in NELP-VI, three had not received any bid.
