Scott McNealy, co-founder and chairman, Sun Microsystems today said the United States should make it mandatory for students completing their graduation in the country to stay back for six years. "I am of the view that if you get your education here (in the US) you must stay back and contribute to the economy," McNealy said while replying to a question on a proposed move to hike the H-1B visa quota, which has raised a debate in the US. "I think differently from politicians," McNealy, who was in the city to address a summit organised by Sun, said. On the Indian market, he said the country is perceived as one of the fastest growing revenue market and a leading non-US engineering site. |
He said the company is looking at the Indian health and retail sector and planning to partner with the government, financial service providers and Internet service providers. |
