According to Bathia, Dwarka, being a religious destination, tourists prefer travelling in groups. "At times, three generations travel together and hence there has to be something for everyone. Keeping these characteristics in mind, we have incorporated the attractions at product design.
The Resort Complex is spread across 23 acres of land, wherein accommodations and club activities are planned in 3 acres, while 10 acres each allocated to agritainment complex and residential township projects, where one can own a holiday home. Phase wise developments of each activity are underway and phase 1 of development is over. Phase 2 and phase 3 will be completed by end of 2015.
"The total project cost is around Rs 15 crore and we have already invested about Rs 3.5 crore on development of phase one. Second phase is likely to start in August this year," said Bathia.
Talking more about the park Bathia said, "We will provide all kind of traditional and modern agriculture information to the visitors at the agritainment park. One can have bullock cart ride, milking cow experience; drive the plow in the farm and many more things. Moreover we are growing jungle around an area of 10 acre land."
The company will also demonstrate agricultural innovations made by farmers in this park. The jungle area will be totally banned for vehicular traffic, wherein even battery operated vehicle or golf cars will not be allowed.
