In an attempt to promote exports from the state, the Haryana government will soon formulate an export policy. The state government plans to invite suggestions from various central government agencies dealing with exports and exporters before giving the policy a final shape.
The Haryana government has set up a Foreign Trade Promotion Board under the chairmanship of the Haryana Chief Minister Om Parkash Chautala to boost exports from the state.
Prem Singh, exports advisor to the state government, has been appointed the vice-president of the board.
