The division bench of the Calcutta High Court comprising Justice A N Ray and Justice H Banerjee today released the case regarding appeal of the State of West Bengal challenging the order of the West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (WBERC) on the ground that the bench had no jurisdiction to hear the case.
