Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has urged the Indian diaspora to look back home to repeat their success abroad, enhance investment, pace up industrial development, boost trade and set up centres of learning in the state-of-the-art Rajiv Gandhi Education City set up at Sonepat.

Speaking at the Annual Award Banquet, organised by the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) in New Delhi, Hooda urged the members to visit the state to get a first-hand account of things, and explore the various investment opportunities it offered.

The chief minister said that the Haryana Government had set up an NRI Cell to address all investment related issues of NRIs and PIOs, and two Investment Promotion Centres in Delhi and Chandigarh, to act as single-contact points for investment-related matters.
