IA, Air India offer not to exceed 20%: Patel

Civil Aviation minister Praful Patel today said that Indian Airlines (IA) and Air India will not sell more than 20% in the planned initial public offerings (IPO) next year.

"The extent of dilution would depend on the financial needs of the two airlines," he added.
