Ia Cuts Fares In 5 Sectors

Faced with a drop in demand, Indian Airlines has slashed its fares on the Ahmedabad-Bangalore, Mumbai-Chennai, Mumbai-Bangalore, Goa-Mumbai and Mumbai-Kolkata sectors with effect from June 28.

Fares have been reduced for both economy and business classes for day return fares on the Mumbai-Delhi sector. For business class the new fare is Rs 14,800 instead of Rs 15,360. Passengers are now also permitted to take any return flight on the same day in the both directions.

In addition specific flight fares have been introduced on the Delhi-Chennai-Delhi sector in addition to certain flights on the Delhi-Mumbai-Delhi and Mumbai-Bangalore-Mumbai sectors.
