Indian Chamber of Commerce,Kolkata, has emerged the winner in the World Chambers Competition held for the first time at the 3rd World Chambers Congress in Quebec, Canada.
It is the only Chamber from a developing nation to have been shortlisted for the top honour among competing 29 different nations who participated in the competition.
