The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, (IIMK) would organise its fourth annual management seminar 'Horizons 2003 - Reaching Beyond Boundaries' on November 15 and 16 at its campus in Kunnamangalam, 17 km away from Kozhikode city.

Horizons 2003 will feature a series of presentations by diverse leaders from across the country and select experts from around the globe, Team Horizons spokesperson Priyesh Pandey said.

The seminar will also provide IIK with an invaluable learning opportunity that ultimately can be incorporated into the educational programmes offered by the institute, Pandey said.

Emphasising that the central theme of Horizon 2003 would be mass customisation across geographical boundaries complemented by flexible response systems in an era of turbulence, Horizons 2003 faculty advisor Prof K Unnikrishnan Nair said, "It is intended to facilitate vibrant dialogue and discussion among some of the best minds in the industry, government, media and academia, nationally and internationally."

At Horizon 2002 held during November last year, the panelists included Dr Haseeb Drabu, national editor, Business Standard; Simon Long, South-East Asia bureau chief, The Economist; Suhel Seth, CEO, Equss Red Cell; and Rajat Jain, executive vice president and business head, the Sony Entertainment Television.
