| The gap of the share of exports between India and China in the overall import of goods into ASEAN countries is widening, with India's share rising to 1.6% in 2006 from 1% in 1997 while China's share has jumped from 3.7% to 11.4% in the same period, a study conducted by industry chamber Ficci said.
