India's growth story seen as rivalling China's

 The second Goldman Sachs BRIC Report has painted a rosy picture for India saying it could be a bigger growth story than China in the long-run, but identified infrastructure constraints, basic education facility, the level of openness of the economy and fiscal deficit of over 10 per cent as the areas which need reform.
