India suggests ways to avoid logjam at WTO talks

 India suggested a roadmap to break the deadlock on stalled multilateral trade talks but stuck to its position on the contentious issues of agriculture and the Singapore issues comprising investment, competition policy, trade facilitation and transparency in government procurement.
