India, Turkey plan 50:50 JV refinery

India and Turkey are planning to set up a refinery in Turkey with Indian expertise. The joint venture will be owned equally by the two countries.

"We are planning to sign an MoU with India in December for setting up a refinery of capacity 1,20,9000 barrels oil per day in Turkey," a senior Turkish official said.
