Inflation moves up to 4.67%

Inflation based on the wholesale price index (WPI) rose to 4.67% for the week ended July 22 from 4.52% in the previous week mainly due to the increase in prices of vegetables, pulses, industrial fuel and some manufactured items.

Inflation stood at 4.33% during the corresponding week of the previous year.
