Israeli air strikes kill dozens in south Lebanon

 Israel said the area was being used as a rocket launching site and it had dropped leaflets urging residents to leave.  Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice has cancelled her planned trip to Beirut for talks.
