A task force has asked the government to use the best practices in information technology (IT) for improving the power distribution sector, and has recommended the creation of a comprehensive IT blueprint for the sector.
The task force, headed by Infosys CEO Nandan Nilekani, today presented its report to Union Power Minister Anant Geete here.
