V-Build Fairs, a city-based event management company, is organising an IT Product Expo in the city from February 21 to 23.

The expo will showcase the products that are unheard of, at affordable prices. For example, a laptop that costs just Rs 19,990 with slighly lower configuration than the high-end, branded machines will be displayed by Cache Peripherals.

Similarly, an assembled PC with AMD processor will be displayed that costs Rs 16,500, Venu V Bhagavan, promoter of V-Build said at a press conference today.

The exhibition aims at bridging the gap between the vendor, reseller on one end and end-users on the other. Its objective is to provide an opportunity to see the actual products before buying, Bhagavan said.

About 50 firms are participating in the event. Personal computers, laptops, palmtops, computer peripherals, office automation equipment, unterinterrupted power supply systems, desk top publishing software, graphic imaging and multimedia security services are some of the products and services on display. Products from AMD, Epson, HP, HCL Infosystems, LG Electronics, Philips, Microsoft etc will be showcased.

The organizers are also arranging few seminars and workshops alongside the exhibition.

Olympus Experts, a Singapore based organization will conduct a workshop on "How digital photography is useful in daily life and Business". Olympus will also be offering bundled offers on their range of digital cameras.
